There are a number of small houses in Rich County. Many are the vacation cottages from the old Bear Lake Resorts - Ideal Beach, Lakota, and Fish Haven. These have been moved to various places over the years. Examples can be seen along the highway if you are looking for them. Resort cottages measure 12x14 - they do not have a loft.

There are also campgrounds in Rich County with small cabins. KOA campground has "Kamping Kabins" - the smallest of which is 12x12.

There are also small RV's, storage sheds, and workshops.
